Malaysia delivered a strong performance at the 13th ASEAN Para Games in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand, finishing 3rd overall with a total of 201 medals — 64 gold, 64 silver, and 73 bronze.

Competing from 20–26 January 2026, the national contingent showcased consistent excellence across multiple sports, with standout performances in para-athletics, swimming, and table tennis.
